Wabi Hotel Playa del Carmen

It was a pleasant and fairly clean hotel with an authentic restaurant.

Had really nice stay at the Wabi Hotel. The property had a remote setting very near to the ADO bus station for getting to the airport or Tulum.

The venue was in a remote location short walk to the centre, 5th avenue, the beach, walmart and restaurants. It had an authentic restaurant with Mexican cuisine.

Didn't like the area, it was not so good.

Everything was great, best staff, unbeatable location next to the beach, bus stop and the better restaurants.

We loved staff and location - very good. Booked a room with air con.

We would stay here again, it was overall clean, good value. Tasty breakfast, great bed, POLITE staff. Beautifully maintained and decent room, unique design. So ideal location, 15 minutes' walk to quinta avenida.

The stay was absolutely really great. Amazing building and rooms with cosy decoration. Fast check-in. Easy location not too far from Parque la Ceiba.

I loved that the hall was great. They made my stay outstanding. Elegant bedroom with a luxurious bathroom...

Everything was fabulous, also there was a super breakfast choice. A spectacular beach, delightful view. Absolutely stunning hotel, had a really attentive service. Plus their wifi was premium.

i loved the accommodating staff and absolutely superb breakfasts. double room was recently renovated, good value in comparison with other options. the location was very convenience, not too far away from an art gallery. the beach nearby was lovely and the view was superb. pool was excellent and beds were comfy.

I find the hotel ideal, spotlessly clean and the staff is especially nice. Reasonably spacious unit with a convenient decor. Remote location, not very far from quinta alegria shopping mall. Such a very relaxing experience.

I loved my stay, it was very comfortable. Particularly good location, impeccable rooms and most importantly, very helpful staff. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. Brilliant customer service too.

The bathroom was cold.

The downtown is within 5 minutes' walk. In fact, the free WiFi was a cherry on top.

We had issues with a/c, it was not working.

Proximity to the airport, just 1 km. We thoroughly enjoyed to have evening drinks at Agarrame Las Carnitas, based nearby. Receptionist is the best ever! Moreover, it had free Wi Fi throughout the property.

Location within 4 miles of xcaret. It took only 5 minutes to walk to colectivo pick up bus stop. Fortunately, free Wi Fi was available. Lupita Pibil is only a short distance to the hotel.
